By using this website, it is implied that you accept all of our terms and conditions.


Prices are always per unit and exclude VAT and transport.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to change the content of the website, the prices of the products and to discontinue the products.


The order will only be valid after receiving 50% of the total amount. Then we will proceed to the production, according to your needs. The order will be dispatched after receipt of the remaining 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation of an order

You can cancel or change your order, in whole or in part, within 3 working days after ordering, without costs or penalties.
The cancellation of orders in progress means the loss of 50% of the total amount already paid.


SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products offers a two-year warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing and material failures.

The guarantee order can only be activated if accompanied by the original invoice or sales receipt. SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect, inappropriate or careless use of the delivered goods.

Product Quality

All products are carefully and manually produced, so there may be slight variations from the catalog. We reserve the right to change any information about a product or service without notice, except for products and services already ordered and paid for.


The entire content of the website, without exception, remains the total property of SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products and is protected from unauthorized use, copying or disclosure, by national laws and international treaties related to industrial property rights.


In case of a dispute, only the Lisbon Judicial Court is competent. All our agreements are subject to Portuguese law.

Complaints & Returns

No returns will be accepted without the prior written consent of SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customer’s expense.

The withdrawal of custom products should be placed within five (5) days after the date of order. SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products will not accept the return of tailor made products.

All products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping.

SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

If visible damage occurs in transit, please notify the carrier immediately and deliver an initial notification of intent to file a claim.

The reporting of non-visible or hidden damages must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, under penalty of immediate refusal of the claim.

Any visible damage must also be reported to SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products during the first 48 hours after receipt of the order, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage and a copy of the initial notification of intention to register the claim made with the carrier. The communication can be sent to info@sabiinadesign.com.

Returns, due to regret, must be made within 5 (five) days after the delivery date. The refund will be made, the condition of the product confirmed, in the same payment method, up to 10 (ten) days after its receipt and is always limited to the value of the product before taxes.

SABiiNA DESIGN – Interiors & Products will not accept the return of the product if it shows that it has already been used.

The buyer is responsible for the arrival of the products in the same condition in which they were received. Return expenses will be borne by the buyer.
